Tex Mex Tacos | Better Naked

Tex Mex Tacos

Ingredients

    Filling

  • 2 packs Better Naked Pork Sausages
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 2 red onions, quartered and separated
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Wraps (to serve)

    SALSA

  • Avocado diced
  • 100g tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of a lime
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Method

  • Sausages are an affordable protein and a great addition to this tex mex taco. We’re bringing great flavour and better value with Better Naked Sausages, which are now higher in protein, lower in salt, lower in fat and FREE FROM gluten, artificial preservatives and additives.

     

    Combine all the ingredients for the sausage filling and lay on a lined baking tray – drizzle with oil and season well.

    Bake in a 180C fan oven for 25 minutes, giving everything a stir halfway through.

    Alternatively, put the sausages, peppers and onions in an airfryer and cook at 150 for 15 minutes.
