To make this delicious meat-free sausage roll recipe, first, add the merguez spices, finely chopped apricots and seasoning to a pack of Better Naked Evolution burgers, mince or balls (crumbled) and fry until gently softened (but not cooked through).
Add a tsp water if the mixture starts to stick.
Roll out the pre-made pastry and spread the mince mixture onto the pastry in a sausage roll shape. Then cut to size and bake in the oven until golden brown (25min).
