These masala meatfree kebabs are perfect in a naan bread or with salad and couscous.
Soak your skewers in water for 30 mins.
Squish the burger (so therapeutic!)
Add all the ingredients together and mix well.
Take a handful of the mixture and mould it around the skewer evenly.
Place under a grill for a few minutes (or on a BBQ), and rotate frequently until they are fully browned and cooked through.
Dress with chilli and garlic sauce and serve with your choice of side – crunchy salad, rice, couscous or in a naan/pitta.
