Ingredients

    Turkey

  • Turkey
  • 1 pack Better Naked Streaky Rashers
  • Stuffing

    Stuffing balls

  • 1 pack Better Naked Sausages, split and meat removed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 10g butter
  • 100g breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
  • Sage or parsley, finely chopped

    Pigs in Blankets

  • 1 pack Better Naked Chipolatas or Sausages, halved
  • 2 packs Better Naked Streaky Bacon

    Trimmings

  • Brussel sprouts
  • 1 pack Better Naked lardons or back bacon, chopped
  • Chestnuts, chopped
  • Cauliflower cheese

Method

  • Gluten-free Stuffing Balls

    Enjoy gluten-free stuffing balls without any artificial additives or preservatives by using Better Naked Sausages.

    -Split the skin of each sausage, remove the meat.

    -Add the meat to a bowl and mix in finely chopped onion, sage or parsley and breadcrumbs, with a knob of butter. Form into balls.

    -Bake in the oven for 20-30 mins until brown. Or stuff the neck of the turkey – and cook the turkey per pack instructions.

     

    Better Naked Pigs in Blankets

  • Pigs in blankets

    Pinch each pork sausage in its middle and twist it so you get a clean break away and two mini sausages. Gently rub the pinched end so it closes the skin.

    Wrap a rasher of Better Naked Streaky Bacon around each sausage and place on a baking sheet.

    Bake in the oven for 20-30 mins until cooked and gold brown.

    Pan fry Better Naked Lardons or finely chopped back bacon until crispy then …

    -Add to brussel sprouts, with a handful of chestnuts. Drizzle with olive oil and season well.

    -Mix with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over cauliflower cheese to create tasty crumb.
