Tikka flatbread
SERVES 2 | PREP 10 | COOK 6-8

Ingredients

    Tikka pieces

  • 1 pack of tikka pieces
  • 1 naan bread
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Mint to garnish
  • 8 tomatoes

    Tzatziki sauce

  • 1/2 pot of yoghurt
  • 1 tsp pomegranate for garnish
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, grated or chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of grated cucumber

Method

  • Tikka flatbread recipe using Better Naked tikka pieces , homemade tzatziki and salad in a flat bread wrap. Tikka Pieces available in Co op now!

     

  • For the tikka pieces & tzatziki dressing

    Add a little oil to a frying pan and add the Better Naked Tikka Pieces. Cook on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes.

    Whilst this is cooking, make a start on your tzatziki.

    Add the yoghurt to a bowl.

    Grate 2 tbsp worth of cucumber to remove all excess water before adding to the yoghurt, then add to bowl.

    Finely chop the mint and garlic and add to bowl.

    Top the bowl with olive oil, fresh mint and pomegranate.

     

  • For the Salad

    Finely chop the red onion, chilli, spring onion, cucumber and tomato.

    Once the tikka pieces are cooked, add them to the naan bread, top with tzatziki and salad. The naan can be folded and divided into two if you feel like sharing!
