Easily adapted to vegetarian
Better Naked Smoked Bacon, with fried Zaatar halloumi, Better Naked Red Pepper and Chilli Ketchup, dressed with avocado and rocket in a breakfast bagel.
Cut each block of halloumi into 6.
Fry Better Naked Back Bacon until crisp, then put aside.
Fry halloumi in same pan as bacon, then sprinkle with Zaatar.
Toast bagel, then assemble with little gem leaves and rocket, topped with bacon and dressed with mayo and Better Naked Red Pepper and Chilli Ketchup.
