BACON AND CHEESE POTATO SKINS

Ingredients

  • Naked Smoked Streaky Bacon
  • 6 Jalapeno peppers
  • 75g Cream cheese
  • 50g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of fresh chopped chives
  • Seasoning
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

For the guacamole

  • Naked Smoked Streaky Bacon
  • 6 Jalapeno peppers
  • 75g Cream cheese
  • 50g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of fresh chopped chives

  • Salsa

Method

  • Hot and fiery, and deliciously satisfying party snacks. Here's what you need to make stuffed jalapeno peppers.
  • 1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with chopped chives and season with coarse black pepper and salt.
  • 2. Slice the jalapenos lengthways and stuff each half with the cheese mixture.
  • 3. Wrap Naked Smoked Streaky Bacon around each filled pepper and bake them on a lined baking sheet in the oven for around 20mins - until the cheese is bubbling, the peppers are starting to soften, and the bacon is beginning to brown and crisp up. Drooling yet?
  • 4. Serve on a bed of creamy guacamole with optional salsa dip.)
