Better Naked Sausages have a new and improved recipe, making them even better!
They are still gluten-free with no artificial additives or preservatives – and all pork is sourced from the British Isles.
The sausages are produced in County Down by Finnebrogue Artisan, who also produce nitrite-free Better Naked Bacon.
The new and improved sausage recipe, which also includes chipolatas, has a firmer texture – so they may look a little different in the pack – and with 90% prime cuts of British and Irish pork, lower salt and lower fat, they are a healthier choice for families.
“Health is a major buying consideration for consumers along with taste and affordability, so reducing the salt content to 0.37g salt per chipolata sausage and 0.8g per pork sausage, along with increasing protein was a priority for our product development team,” says Barbara Mullan, NPD Manager.
The new recipe will be rolled out in supermarket across the UK from 1st October 2022.
