Bacon and halloumi bagel with red pepper ketchup
SERVES 2 | PREP 10 | COOK 5

Ingredients

  • 1 pack, Better Naked Smoked Back Bacon
  • 1 pack, Zaatar Halloumi
  • Little gem leaves
  • Rocket leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 bagels
  • Olive oil, glug

Method

  • Better Naked Smoked Bacon, with fried Zaatar halloumi, Better Naked Red Pepper and Chilli Ketchup, dressed with avocado and rocket in a breakfast bagel.

     

    Cut each block of halloumi into 6.

    Fry Better Naked Back Bacon until crisp, then put aside.

    Fry halloumi in same pan as bacon, then sprinkle with Zaatar.

    Toast bagel, then assemble with little gem leaves and rocket, topped with bacon and dressed with mayo and Better Naked Red Pepper and Chilli Ketchup.
